Referred to as "hydrovac", hydro excavation is a cutting-edge excavation technique that harnesses precise water pressure and vacuum technology to safely and efficiently expose underground utilities, without risks associated with mechanical or hand digging.

Our History
Alpha Hydrovac was founded in January 2025 with a clear purpose: to build a hydrovac company that values people as much as performance. After years of working for other hydrovac providers, we witnessed a growing gap - companies that overlooked customer appreciation, undervalued their employees, and missed opportunities to create a culture built on integrity. As a husband-and-wife team, we knew there was a better way.
We set out to create a company where employees are encouraged to grow, supported in the work they do every day, and proud to say where they work. From day one, our mission has been to build a workplace worth bragging about - one defined by respect, opportunity, and genuine appreciation.
